        Absolutely terrible. It's very unprofessional that I make an appointment to be seen at 4pm waited a whole hour and the same 8 people that were waiting when I arrived , we're still there. I missed hours of work just to waste my time here. No point in making an appointment just to be treated as a walkin patient. I'm sure the people that arrived before me had already been waiting an hour or more as well.

      I am very sorry for the inconvenience, we are working to solve the waiting time issues, we are a surgical practice and the majority of the patients want their appointments as soon as possible so they can be schedule for their surgery.
