The two sales employees that were in the store when I went this morning to purchase my new sunglasses, were both extremely helpful and very polite. Awesome customer service!

The workers there have horrible customer service. Sizing the customers up and down with attitude like theyre the owners of the store. Two ladies with long hair looking at my parents with disgusting looks like theyre the CEO of the whole mall. Trying to sell my parents used sunglasses just by the way others dress you cant judge someone that way. Ill advice these two ladies look at yourself in the mirror and then check yourself who you are as a person. Humble yourself, be kind, treat others with respect. Just because of the way someone dresses you dont know who they are and what they do. Disgusting behavior, if youre working for customer service and you have this attitude I recommend for you to quit and stay locked in a room and reevaluate who you are as a person. Two ladies with long hair black hair. A Cuban lady and the Venezuelan lady. We were going to buy the sunglasses and they were ready to buy a gift and the way they treated this was horrible. One day youll be humbled. Be careful if any decent Latin family tries to come into this store youll be stared down and be judged by these type of females. Horrible.
