        I loved the glasses when I saw the store, I saw some in the display that I was going to buy. When the black woman entered, she was super rude, it completely put me off buying. I will never return.

        I lost my favorite sunglasses, and they were no longer available online, call the BCC store, and Ralf not only was very nice and helpful but also helped me locate a pair in the warehouse, placed the order and are now in my way to me! Thank you Ralf!

        Not a honest store. They offered me 10% to match the online price but never stated this would make the product a final sale item. Wanted to return and got stuck with a credit or exchange. Never again!!!

      Hi Larissa, We're very sorry that you feel this way. We were clear & direct with you about honoring your request of applying the discount for subscribing to our mailing list online. Besides that, we verbatim ask all of our customers during the point of purchase to acknowledge our policy by signing a merchant copy of the receipt. The policy is also stated at the cash wrap signage.It's unfortunate that you weren't satisfied with our service even though we made an exception by letting you exchange for a different style.
