I have purchased several pairs of prescription sunglasses and eyeglasses over the years from Oliver Peoples. During a recent trip to Miami, I noticed that a pair of prescription sunglasses were a bit loose and needed to be adjusted. Maggie was so kind and helpful. She managed to fix everything right away and offered to help out with any other issues I had. Fantastic customer service, probably the best customer service I have ever received from any Oliver Peoples employee. THANK YOU MAGGIE!

I had an awesome experience with Maggie. I came in because I needed a pair of frames that was gifted to me adjusted. Although I didnt purchase it from this location she was very helpful. She also educated me on how I can maintain clean lenses and offered for me to come in at anytime to get the frames adjusted again. Thank you so much for this experience I really appreciate it.

I recently visited Oliver Peoples and had an exceptional experience, all thanks to the outstanding store manager CARRIE R. From the moment I entered, she greeted me with a smile! The store manager's knowledge and professionalism were impressive and she helped me resolved a glasses issue i had . She helped consider a pair of glasses by understanding my preferences and providing valuable recommendations. What impressed me the most was her commitment to customer service. she went above and beyond to address my concerns and ensure a positive after customer care. She was friendly and welcoming! I highly recommend CARRIE R at Oliver Peoples in the Design District!

I had what I would like to call a lovely shopping experience purchasing eye glasses last night . Harry and Marguerite found me the perfect frames which can be a daunting task ! Thank you to all of the sales girls for helping me find the chicest glasses
