        Be cautions when dealing with Sacred Traditions, Inc. In the years that my store has conducted business with several companies for the first time, this company was paid in full for all the products but only received half. I spoke and send email to Sacred Traditions and the carrier they use, R & L CARRIERS, about my products, but neither wanted to take responsibility. Consequently, I incurred a loss. If you are planning to use Sacred Traditions or R & LCarriers to send you pallet, make sure a picture is taken to ensure what was sent.

      This is unfortunate as we have offered to assist you in filing a claim with the shipping company after you claimed to be missing half of the goods. After explaining that it may be a lengthy process, you accused us of mishandling your goods. The shipping Bill of Lading was shown to be correct in the amount of weight picked up and shipped from my warehouse to the RL Carriers terminal where they have scales regulated by law to ensure accuracy. In summary, the weight matched the amount of shipped goods on your invoice. To assist in your claim, we would need you to provide the promised security footage to show our customer representative, which you have not done and have not reached out to us since. We wish you good luck in your future endeavors.
