At first i ordered without checking a full run through of the site back in 2020. After i ordered about a week later and was a bit worried. The reviews weren't that great. Sure enough the package came and the feelings subsided. I ordered a raw AR10/DPMS upper receiver and it came in no problem. My second order was a DPMS upper build kit and a spare upper receiver. The upper was accidentally swapped with a 80% lower. They paid the shipping and swapped out the mis grabbed parts. This was I think around 2022. In 2023 I bought a few gold parts and another DPMS complete upper. A 7.62 firing pin and the package took a while to ship out. Like around 2 weeks. It is what it is. What's likely going on is that they will not ship the order till all items within the package can be fulfilled at once to prevent multiple shippings or some of the parts I ordered are 3rd party and take a while to get to their place to then ship in my order or its the physical monumental job of the logistics of a firearms fulfillment center. Could be lack of hands on site or it could be order volume itself since orders come in waves. Either way I'm very happy with the company and will be buying again in about two months for a larger order. TLDR Pros I have had no issues with functionality or use of the barrels and parts I have ordered. Customer Service has always been polite through email. Great prices. Cons Mildly slow turnaround time for shipping. Overall relatively minor. Just don't panic order.

Saw lots of negative reviews prior to ordering but decided to take the chance. Customer service was responsive and friendly. I got a response multiple times on the same day I sent an email. I ordered the 8in 10mm ARP and finally got it to the range today. Gun ran flawlessly and exceeded every expectation I had. Will order again in the future.

Ordered a build kit from them in 5.56. One of the few 20" barrel kits I found. On arrival, lower parts not there, but their customer service corrected and shipped without an issue. Put together a very nice, sturdy AR. Nice to have matching parts and not hodge-podged from multiple vendors as some sellers seem to do. Very smooth firing after an effortless, well machined build.

Probably the only company with an Aero Precision complete lower in FDE and 308. Communication was great. Shipping to my FFL went smoothly. Thanks
