The Alfano Center

So blessed to have crossed paths with the Alfano Center. My sons speech has improved dramatically after starting with Blanca. Shes so patient with him but also instills structure into their sessions. She always keeps me updated on his progress and ways we can be improving at home. Both her and the owner have gone to great lengths to help my son in every way possible and accommodate to his needs. Thank you guys for all youve done!

THE MOST TERRIBLE TERRIBLE SERVICE YOU CAN EVER RECEIVE! MY 3 YR OLD SON WAS VERBALLY MISTREATED BY SHIRLEY SHE IS THE MOST INHUMANE PERSON THAT CAN EVER EXIST! CORNERING MY KID FOR ONE HOUR TRYING TO GET HIM TO SAY A WORD. SHE HAS NO BEDSIDE MANNERS NOR PATIENCE!!!!! DO NOT GO TO THIS PLACE. MY SON SAT IN A CORNER SCREAMING HIS LUNGS OUT AND DID NOT THINK ABOUT GIVING HIM A BREAK. SHE CONSTANTLY SCREAMED AT HIM GIVING HIM TASKS THE WRONG WAY. NOT PROFESSIONAL AT ALL! I WILL CONTINUE TO FIGHT UNTIL I GET MY WORD ACCROSS. SHE SHOULD NOT BE WORKING WITH KIDS. THERE IS VIDEO FOOTAGE OF ALL OF THIS. DISGUSTING INHUMANE PERSON.

With brand new cochlear implants and a job with a VERY unique, highly specialized, listening environment, I sent out a ton of emails requesting AVT... inside the waterfall at a local, notoriously frigid, public pool. Alliete was up for the adventure, exceeded all expectations, and made it possible to continue doing my job effectively. For our next awesome adventure... bug hunting in the woods! Seriously. Alfano Center is wonderful, creative, and person-focused. Can't say enough positive things.

My son has received therapeutic services at this center for years and I wouldn't know where to start highlighting THE FANTASTIC JOB they do. From confirming appointments day by day with punctuality and good treatment, to therapists with the highest professional and human quality (and great sensitivity and vocation), EVERYTHING in this center works perfectly. If you want to coordinate or change something, Mara Teresa helps you with all the love and professionalism in the world, but also with that feeling of familiarity and trust that you only feel when talking to a friend or someone who really cares about you and your your son. Having searched for a good therapy center for a long time, arriving here is a well-deserved respite in the midst of so many places with poor service or where they prioritize money over people. One detail to highlight is that nothing changed after the start of the pandemic. Alfano Center has continued to offer its services via teletherapy with the same punctuality and quality as those in person. Simply a place you never want to leave. Thanks for everything.
