Muy mala atencin estoy llamando desde hace das y cuando al fin contesta alguien te cuelgan o si no dicen,un momento te dejan en espera y despus cuelgan

Buenos dias. He estado en esa oficina 3 veces y he tenido que regresar en el da 2 veces por falta de documentos ( dicen ellos). En especial hay una seora de pelito corto, morena que es muy mala educada, no tiene respeto al cliente, No hace nada por ayudarte, Muy mala actitud. No te mira a los ojos cuando habla con uno. Parece estar molesta. Ayer vi como 12 personas,10 no hablan English, La seora con su mala cara dice que no entiende Espanol y llama a otro costume y como el siguiente tampoco habla English, se molesta y se va para dentro. Todas las veces que ido, he tenido que ayudar a las personas( mayores) como intrprete porque ellos no te brindan o no tienen personal que hable Espanol. Deberan de contratar personas que hablen Espanol ya que la mayora son hispana, deberan de darle clases de Costume Services porque esa seora por ejemplo no sabe lo que significa atender a los clientes. Escuchando las quejas de los clientes, tuve que llamar al Condado de Miami Dade y poner una queja porque es una falta de respeto como esa seora trata los clientes . No me se su nombre, es morena de cabello corto y anda con un vaso de agua con brillantes. Hay personas que la estn pasando muy mal econmicamente tienen problemas personales van a pedir ayuda para la luz y es triste que reciban ese trato...... Good morning. I have been to that office 3 times and I have had to return twice during the day due to lack of documents (they say). In particular, there is a lady with short, dark hair who is very rude, has no respect for the customer, does nothing to help you, very bad attitude. He doesn't look you in the eye when he talks to you. He seems to be upset. Yesterday I saw about 12 people, 10 do not speak English, the lady with her bad face says that she does not understand Spanish and calls another costume and since the next one does not speak English either, she gets upset and goes inside. Every time I've gone, I've had to help (elderly) people as an interpreter because they don't provide you with information or they don't have staff who speak Spanish. They should hire people who speak Spanish since the majority are Hispanic, they should give them Costume Services classes because that lady, for example, does not know what it means to serve clients. Listening to the customers' complaints, I had to call Miami Dade County and file a complaint because it is disrespectful how that lady treats customers. I don't know her name, she is brunette with short hair and carries a glass of water with rhinestones. There are people who are having a very bad time financially, they have personal problems, they go to ask for help with electricity and it is sad that they receive that treatment........
