I had an appointment today and called back not even 5-10 minutes later the scheduling department answered and said the lady would call me back I took my lunch break early and waited a whole hour didnt receive a call back until 2 hours later then I called again and some guy (actually helped)transfered me to a completely different number and extension to the right department and they say they cant see me today and if I miss my next appointment then I will lose benefits these people really dont care about helping people and my daughter is lactose now that shes almost 2 we are trying 2% milk per her doctor request and they said she cant get it because shes not low birth weight its crazy its already hard enough to find stores that take these even benefits Im over it tbh I didnt answer the first call because I was at work nobody can wait all day for a phone call these people need to get it together and be more understanding
