Terrible experience, I was a victim of discrimination and bullying for not correctly understanding the few words that Mrs. Very upset and with bad form, she deigned to mutter between her teeth to make herself less understandable, I think it was on purpose, since the 2 people she served previously were very talkative and smiling. They should not pay her or have her in front of clients to mistreat people who, due to advanced age, or other difficulties, make it difficult for us to understand her because of the way she speaks. It is not the first time that I have suffered this discrimination and mistreatment in this place, just like other people, although they bow their heads and prefer to leave. Ohh and also ask to speak to a supervisor and according to what they told me it was her HOW SAD!!!!

A great place to receive government help if needed , unfortunately costumer service is HORRIBLE they are EXTREMELY rude and speak to people as if they are the ones coming out of their pocket to help and are bothered if questions are asked I feel if you're willing to work for the community FOR THE PEOPLE that need help than you should be caring and show that you are happy to help especially knowing that these funds are given for this exact purpose. People are asking for this assistance because they are distressed and going through things in there life. And the Government has these programs to give people hope.And with this horrible customer service hope is lost for humanity .If you don't like your job then you should work somewhere else where you don't require to help people or even speak to anyone
