Highly recommend this company! Our company has used other shredding companies in the past and A1 Shredding & Recycling is by far the best! Tim's customer service was top notch - very straight forward and honest via email & phone. Eduardo arrived on time on the day of service and was so polite & kind, he even helped put our boxes back afterward. Thank you A1 Shredding!

Excellent Fast Service!! First off they answered their phones and returned calls promptly. The appointment was easy to make and timely. The scheduler was friendly and courteous. The cost is highly competitive. I received a confirmation call/text the night before the scheduled appointment and the morning of The appointment telling me the drivers name . Eduardo was prompt to the minute. He had full protective gear and was uniformed and professional in every way. My 3 bins of materials were shred in less than 15 minutes. Payment was made by phone through their office by credit card. Receipt and certificate were emailed immediately. 20 minutes after A-1 Shredding arrived the job was done. I watched the driver as he finished his paper work, removed his hat, gloves and mask and sanitized his hands and arms. Yes, I am thoroughly happy and satisfied with A-1 Shredding and would use and recommend them highly in a heartbeat!! Its wonderful to know that such professionalism still exists, especially in Miami Florida.
