Flip Flop Shops - Dolphin Mall

I had the absolute worse experience at this store Saturday night around 8pm. I had came in looking to get my husband new sandals. To start with the young lady at the desk did not greet us. About 2 minutes passed when I looked over to see if she was at least looking at us but she continued to stare at her phone. My husband n I found a pair of sandal we liked but could not see any others of the same kind. I looked to the young lady and she was still on phone. She was so concerned with phone. I ask for her assistance and asked if she come over. She became upset and told us "what ever we have on wall is what we have". She did not move from her desk. I continue to ask her to please come over and help me look for the same pair. She was upset by that time. I tell her I can not find this exact pair without the can opener on bottom. She proceeded to then say "where was it". I told her where it was but it seems to be missed place. Can you help me find another. She repeats no this is all we have pick another. In a rude way. The reason for this post is because I can not believe this young lady does next. She snatches the sandal from my husband hand soon after and tugging on it. I just want to let the store manager and owner to know the kind of people working there. The service was not worse my spending. As for this young lady if she does not like her job don't work there are so many people that are in need a job.
