I have been waiting for more than 20 minutes outside but these guys never came back.very annoying and disappointing considering that Im flying all the way to Miami for this store .

We have been customers for several years and they have always treated us very well in the different stores but this week we went to the Sawgrass Mall store and I had a very uncomfortable moment with one of the people you serve, an Italian woman with terrible manners and an offensive reason. which is why I will not return to said store, I hope this reaches the hands of the owner or personnel manager to correct and select the staff because the shoes are beautiful

bought a pair of sandals. First time I wore them they came apart. Sent picture stop the store as I was no longer in Miami. No response, nothing!!!! do not buy terrible quality
