    Dear Customer Service Manager I am writing to express my dissatisfaction with the service I received at your Bayside store today at 18:30. I recently purchased a pair of shoes from your Sawgrass store, but unfortunately, they did not fit me well. I visited the store with the intention of exchanging the shoes for a different size, and I was also interested in purchasing two additional pairs of shoes. Upon arriving at the store with my receipt, I was informed by your staff member that without the original box, I could not exchange or return the items. At the time of purchase, I was not informed of this condition, and I find it unacceptable that such an important detail was not communicated to me. Despite explaining the situation and expressing my willingness to make additional purchases, the staff member was unhelpful and kept deferring to their manager, who also did not provide a satisfactory resolution. This experience has left me feeling frustrated and disappointed with the level of customer service provided by Footlocker. As a loyal customer, I expect better treatment and clearer communication regarding your return policies. I would like to request that you review your return policy and ensure that all customers are properly informed of the requirements for exchanges and returns at the time of purchase. Additionally, I kindly ask for your assistance in resolving my current situation by allowing me to exchange the shoes or providing an alternative solution that satisfies both parties.
