        Absolutely take any items to these people! They are incredible and very knowledgeable. I took a briefcase I hadnt used in years due to its condition. The brand I bought it from said it couldnt be repaired and the shop did a wonderful job - it is better than new! Thanks so much.

        I was recommended this place by friend. I dropped off 2 pairs of red bottoms along with a matching tote to one of them for sole protection and scotchgard. The charge was more than I anticipated but I figured it was costly because at the end of the day, theyre protecting an expensive purchase. They told me it would be ready in a week and it was, so I was excited to finally wear my new items.I went to pick it up and the shoes looked great, however the bag now had 3 small stains that were certainly not there when the bag was dropped off. I brought it to their attention and they simply stated all we did was scotchgard it, that must have been somewhere else but none of the items had ever been used, they all came straight from the Louboutin store to Sunset cobbler. I explained this to them and again, they stuck to their story that the bag was dropped off dirty and they basically washed their hands after damaging my purse. Needless to say, I will NEVER be back and will NEVER recommend this place for anyone wanting to bring expensive items. I basically paid them $163 to damage my purchase

      We regret to inform you that we did not damage your handbag. Handbags come in for protective nano spray as a deterrent to getting a better advantage at stain protection. We charge you a small fee for the service. However, the bag was in its original duster, and the area in question came in as such, the only process we initiated was to spray the handbag with the protective coat, anything under it stays. As for the amount charged for your LB two pairs of sole guards, it was the $69 per pair plus tax, and the work meet your expectations and you were very satisfied with the craftmanship. I would want you to reconsider your response as it seems very unfair to judge us for something we did not do or took part on. We regret your very unfair review and hope to be able to use this to alert other customers about checking the items before turning them in for protective guard as what is there will stay under the treatment. Our team is ready for you, should you want to learn more about the process instead of blaming the establishment for something we did not do. On behalf of our entire team, we regret your attitude displayed and hope you reconsider your position, and mention how happy you were with your LB sole guard work.
