Terrible service, my box is detained for more than a month at the border and no one can solve anything for me. They want to open the box and send them to different parts, but I see that they are already used to doing the same thing and things get lost. I sent two boxes before and they arrived well, so I trusted that it would be the same.

The worst shipping experience I have ever had, I sent a box from Miami to Guatemala City and it arrived in 4 months, with the addition that my family had to go pick it up at the warehouse because if they brought it to the door of the house it would take a while. Two weeks plus terrible service, not recommended.

Thieving company is not responsible for the theft of boxes that their employees open, stealing the most valuable things, with evidence and everything is just excuses, I would never send my family to this company again.

Terrible service, don't bother hiring their services. two months to deliver a box, and also with a charge to be able to "rescue" my box, due to alleged customs charges, of which they could not prove anything to me, nor did they give me the $136.33 they charged me to deliver it. All things mixed up. They opened my box.
