My experience with Public Storage has been nothing short of frustrating and disappointing. I initially rented a 10x10 unit back in November 2022, and within less than six months, the price was hiked up by a staggering 34%. When I reached out to the management, hoping for some reasonable explanation or perhaps a solution given the short time frame, I was met with a flat-out "No." Their indifference towards customer concerns was evident from the start. Fast forward to 2024, and they attempted another price hike. Enough was enough. I decided to schedule my move-out by the end of the month. Little did I know, the nightmare was far from over. On the day of my move-out, I was greeted with dysfunctional elevators. Yes, you read that right, none of them were working! It was a chaotic scene with everyone struggling to haul their belongings up and down the stairs. It was not just inconvenient but downright embarrassing. One can't help but wonder if this was a deliberate tactic to coerce people into paying for another month. The sheer lack of reliability and disregard for customer satisfaction displayed by Public Storage is appalling. I strongly advise anyone considering using their services to look elsewhere. Save yourself the headache, inconvenience, and unnecessary expenses. This establishment does not deserve your business.

I tried to enter at 5pm on a Saturday and although my code was accepted the elevators didnt come. There was someone else with me unable to get the elevator to come either. I need to get something for Easter tomorrow and can't get in. No way to contact the property manager.
