The only reason why I used this storage was to have easy in/out access but I am cancelling because its has been an absolute nightmare .The lady who helped me book it told me I could use the ground floor to load/unload my items, yet the security guards never let me park there to load/unload. They send me to the parking upstairs which is tiny so often times I do not find available parking spaces there and I have to come back at a later time, even when the ground floor parking is empty! This has happened soooo many times so i am cancelling! Additionally the parking upstairs is not designed for this because cars park so close to each other there is no room to load/unload. Please train your reception staff to give the correct information or train the security guards to allow parking when loading/unloading at ground floor parking!
