I live on 6276 nw 186 st and the security guards hired to patrol this condominium have a deal with tow truck companies theres this new black chubby guy with a beard walking to see which car doesnt have a permit to park on visitors and the tow truckers pay him money to let them know so they can come at mid night and tow them.. Im a owner a tmw Ill show all the proof I have for the association fire this company they all crooks

Highly recommend this security company. The guards are diligent and responsive to resolve issues. The supervisors of this company are on top of the guards on duty and are on sight in the community periodically throughout the month to check on guards and to see that everything is running smooth. Dependable company and very professional. This crew gets the job done and seeks the best safety measures for the community.

Everyone is kind and very professional and commited to their work etic. Best security company ive worked at so far even though its a small company evryone here is like a second family.Never had any issues i would recomend southern specialized to anyone

These people are a joke. This is what you call a rent a cop. Their supervisors think they are Gods and will pick and choose which regulations to enforce.
