I was impressed on how the office answered my calls and how far the crew went to keeping my house clean and tidy everyday, although it was under construction. Clean roofers, who knew? My job was completed within one month because I had to wait for the tiles to be delivered. Great job Ace Property. I will recommend you to my friends and family anytime. Service: Roof installation

This business is a scam! They underbid the job to win the business and then increase cost for the project once started and said if he told us how much it would cost initially we wouldnt have went with him! This is classic bait and switch

We have always experienced excellent customer service with Carlos and Naomi. My wife and I and my in-laws have been using Ace Property Svcs for 17 years; two re-roofs, two roof repairs, and one patio flat roof. Out of the five roofing companies we called, three came to our home. Each re-roof passed inspection the first time. My wife explained to Carlos that our Homeowner's Ins. Co. would be canceling us soon. They pulled the Roof Permit unbelievably fast. First, the Homeowner's Insurance Co. asked for the roofing contract, estimated completion date, proof of deposit, and permit info. Then they asked for the Paid in Full Receipt, Roof Warranty, and photos of the new roof, upon completion. Ace came through each time with all the insurance requests for the paperwork. Finally, we were insured. Carlos, Naomi, office staff, and roofing crew & foreman kept us informed throughout our ordeal & worked very hard for us. The other two roofing cos. said it would take months to get the permit, months to get the re-roof completed and their proposals were higher. This family-owned business has pulled us through our worst roofing issues and have gone above and beyond. Services: Roof repair, Roof installation
