Everyone here is absolutely amazing! They are very committed to helping you get better through physical therapy. The staff is extremely professional and accommodating. Their customer service is excellent! They make you feel right at home as soon as I walk through the door.

I began therapy for injuries to my meniscus, back, and neck. The team at CitiMED Kendall was nothing short of extraordinary. Jessica A., Rachel S., Alfredo, Janeth, Janet, and Ray are professional, thorough, and they take pride in their work. They treat you with the upmost respect, and attend to your needs every step of the way. They answered my millions (and I mean millions!!!!) of phone calls, messages, and questions without delay, and without hesitation. Navigating through the COVID-19 pandemic was challenging, but they were up to the task, ensuring my temperature was taken at every visit, social distancing was enforced, masks were worn, and they held the highest standard in maintaining a sanitized environment. The team has been attentive to my every need and they've made me feel comfortable every step of the way. I highly recommend the CitiMED Team. They're professionalism and dedication is unparalleled. I give high props to this team!
