        HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE, I gave this business $500 for them to not approve application for a falsified debt I never was made aware of or is even on my credit report. In addition to the NASTY PROPERTY MANAGER advising she made the final decision and she would not be sending me my administrative fees for another 30-45 days which was misleading during time of application and at this point not even sure if its legal. The apartment Pier 19 residence was not only an OLD DUMP but the management office is just rude and outright lack communication. They would of kept my deposit and not advised on approval had I not even called.
