My experience as a tenant in your building has been nothing short of a nightmare. The issues and troubles faced here are far from what one would expect in a place they call home. The management's deceptive practices and lack of regard for tenant well-being have made living here akin to being housed as a prisoner. I urge others to avoid renting from the Melo Group at all costs, as the experience has been nothing but distressing and disappointing. It is essential for prospective tenants to be aware of the reality behind the facade of fake positive reviews. I hope that this feedback prompts a reassessment of your practices and a genuine effort to improve the living conditions for all tenants.

HORRIBLE. Management is unresponsive. They hire careless, negligent staff. They come up with fake charges and try to SCAM you. Accounting office is impossible to get a hold of. Everything about this are clear signs to run the other way. My biggest regret is renting with this building.

Sadly, I had a horrendous experience with their sales offices in Miami. Communication is an issue as they do not answer their telephone lines. What is worse, they do not honor their own correspondence. It is very unfortunately that the Melo group engage in mercenaries practices that will taint their already bruised reputation.

They are thieves, they keep your entire deposit and if they can, they owe you, they are disgusting. Please don't fall into this company
