        Terrific experience with Homepie! I was originally listed on Zillow as for sale by owner. The day I listed on Zillow, my phone rung off the hook, in a very bad way... A few actually knocked on my door... I was inundated with realtor calls who wanted me to list with them instead of representing myself in my sale. Some were actually rude when I declined... as soon as Homepie put me on the MLS the calls stopped... What a relief! Once I got going with the Homepie listing, everything went smooth and I sold in under a week. I had Homepie handle the paperwork for me to free up time to pack and move. Thank you to the staff who were very friendly and down to earth.

        We were dreading paying all that commission to a relator just to put our home up for sale. We work really hard for our money... I searched for websites that help you list your home for sale by owner on the realtor MLS. So glad I chose Homepie. We got the Standard plan and it was perfect. They helped with the paperwork and photos and such and the service was terrific with no shenanigans. All-in after considering the cost of the package we got, we saved just about 15k in listing commission vs using an agent.!!
