I recently visited Miami area and was looking for a property. Morgan is well versed in the Miami area. He took us out to see great locations and was very knowledgable about the areas surrounding downtown Miami. He is a great resource for transitioning and relocation to south Florida. We plan on using him in the future, as he is very flexible and had no problem accommodating our travel schedule.

The pleasure of working with Brittani and Raquel when I was looking for my home. From day 1, Raquel was extremely responsive and had great suggestions for homes to view based on what I was looking for. All throughout the negotiations and closing Brittani and Raquel were there quickly handling any issues that may have risen. Brittani and Raquel(The Brookins Team) is absolutely wonderful to work with.  Its like having a friend  "inside" that is working for you.  Their response time is super fast and was extremely easy to communicate and get back to you with your questions or concerns.  They never made me feel uncomfortable and helped me every step of the way to find my first "home".  The whole buying process is not easy and is so essential to have an excellent realtor support system to help us handle the stress level and walk us through in all the stages.  Even after the closing Brittani responded to some of my concerns very quickly and was able to give me prompt answers.  I would highly recommend "The Brookins Team" to anyone looking to purchase a home and I could guarantee that you won't regret it.

The Brookins team has helped us out when we moved to our home. They helped on the sell of our vacation home. Recently sold our home when moving to a new location.They were able to get top dollar when selling our homes.I cannot thank them enough for attention they provided.
