My husband and I had the pleasure of working with Maria Woodall and Susan Sheets from Xcellence Realty during our house-hunting journey. Despite not making a purchase, I must commend their professionalism, dedication, and genuine care throughout the process. From the moment we met them, it was evident that they had our best interests at heart. What impressed us the most was their unwavering commitment to finding the perfect home for us, even though it meant going above and beyond their usual duties. Their knowledge of the local area (Pensacola, Fl) and the housing market was invaluable, providing us with insightful information that helped us make informed decisions. Moreover, their communication skills were exceptional - always prompt, clear, and transparent. While we ultimately didn't find the right fit during our time working together, we are immensely grateful for their efforts and would not hesitate to recommend Maria and Susan to anyone in need of trustworthy, dedicated, and client-focused real estate professionals.

My 1st time ever dealing with a realtor and LORD take the wheel because Ms.Pamela is something else. She reached out to me in a email asking to assist me in finding a rental. I am a section 8 receipt and I explained what I would need she then emailed me back after 10pm at night to send a text with the exactly the same thing I sent in a email, did so any way and then she text back today noon time or after to provide me a list of properties she had. I received the list an ALL except 3 stated annual amount. I again have never used a realtor and I know annual payments are once a year. I then text to her stating that was not realistic for me and it seemed she was not able to assist I thanked her and she responded to me in 2 separate texts stating annual means a LEASE not upfront and then good luck. WHAT, I truly hope all the realtors at this business does not do this to people. The housing market is already a nightmare. Why treat people that way? (To the response made) THANK YOU for the quick response but My concern is the FACT that the list sent to me was unclear to Begin with and when I made the statement, I was pushed off and TOLD GOOD LUCK!
WHY email me in the first place? WHY email me a 2nd time stating for me to send the same information to you again to a phone after 10pm at night? WHY when she sent the list she didnt give full information as to how the list works? WHY WHY WHY is it because Im a housing recipient that Im being treated a way????? Because the response you gave is coming across as you dont see anything wrong! Why is that?

I have been working with Javier Alvarez since 2008 when I first received my Real Estate License. When I first became a Realtor, I did research on many companies that offered 100% Commission and NONE of them compared to Xcellence Realty, Inc. The Customer service is excellent and I always receive my commission check the same day as the closing date. In addition to that, their technology is second to none.
My husband is in the Military and we were transferred to Charleston, South Carolina and Xcellence Realty still makes it super easy for me to continue to run my business from another State. Any time I have questions, I can always reach out to the Broker. I highly recommend Xcellence Realty to any New or Experienced Agents. Trust me, you will NOT be disappointed.
