I had a terrible experience with this agency. Can not get the owner to call me so I can share with her what they did. I plan to file a formal complaint.

We found a rental that we liked on Zillow and Claudia was the realtor for the rental. First she required a down payment be sent in as a wire to an escrow account, not a cashier's check or money order.... Before we even filled out the application. Then the finance department said for almost 2 weeks that they never received it at the end of it all their finance department had apologized and said so sorry, we thought that wire was from someone else. Even though my name and entire rental information was attached. How the hell.... Anyways, Claudia sent us the application and the first page said to mail it in and listed an address. We filled it out with a copy of all the required documents and mailed it into the address 10 days later Claudia told us that the landlord wanted to back out because they never received our application. Once I sent her a screenshot as proof that we sent everything in I was told that the address on the paper was wrong and that company isn't being used anymore, so I told her we'd send it to the proper address then and was told no the landlord doesn't want to waste any more time and it's better to not press the situation. So in reality she just didn't want the landlord to know she sent us faulty information and the delay was because of her not us. Then to get our deposit back was another issue. Once they finally found it, after I had to go back to the bank and have the banker speak with their dept (since they kept telling me the issue is from my bank not sending it, not from them) I had to wait 10 days to get my money back. I will never buy or rent from anyone using this company. Too many issues and lack of knowledge.

This is a scam I get charge 90$ for make one appointment and see the property they never call back or answer call or text. I never see the apartment.
