Lindsey assisted with a video showing of a house we were interested in and from that point on we didn't consider any other agent. Professional from start to finish. Our purchase involved selling a house in the UK to buy in the US - from Canada! Safe to say there were lots of issues over the process but Lindsey was so helpful all the way through and offered expert guidance with patience and dedication and was instrumental in negotiating improved terms following inspections. There was also lots of helpful advice regarding local schools, family medical and tips for family life which we really appreciated as newcomers to the country and area. Thank you!

When we randomly met in a playground as we were spending time with our families, she left such an impression that we didnt interview any other agents. As if being a former real estate attorney, with the negotiation skills to match, deep market knowledge, an extensive network, and the ability to solve any issue along the way werent enough, what continues to surprise us is her unselfish prioritization of her clients and will not close a deal until the people she cares about are absolutely satisfied. Lindsey has in my experience an unmatched level of tenacity and dedication. Lindsey is a broker that continually earns our business. From the time we sat and signed the listing until the deal closed it was a constant climate communication & interaction. Our deal didnt progress to closing -it evolved to closing. There were unique issues with this property that required not only legal expertise but Miami real estate expertise. When we first signed, she asked for all of our contact information - where I could be reached and which was preferred and how late I could be reached. They seem to never take a day off as we were visited and contacted whenever there were details to work out. I highly recommend Lindsey especially if peace of mind is something you truly value.
