The group sessions with CMY have been extremely helpful in giving me the tools to become a more mindful and effective parent. Dr. Young provides scripts that can be used in real time and actually work with the kids. She has provided me with the tools to help motivate my children to reach theyre full potential.

I have participated in the parenting series that Cristina has provided through the schools and worked with Cristina on a professional level. She has such a thoughtful, educational and calming approach to the many parenting topics she covers. I always come away with strategies and insights that are helpful when raising 3 children.

Using her knowledge and expertise, she helped me navigate difficult teenage issues and gave me positive tools to resolve many other parenting struggles.
