        I've been in therapy for over 5 years. Working toward a better self has been my goal since the beginning. I started working with Dr. O in 2013 and have continued my journey to a better self since. My dedication to self help has greatly improved all aspects of my life. I have a better relationship and understanding with myself and with others. Dr. O is compassionate, understanding and kind. She makes me feel comfortable speaking my truth as if she was an extremely close friend. She has guided me to overcome and understand personal challenges. I am thankful for the work that we've done together!
