Great doctor, rude receptionist. The receptionist just schedules visits without telling you instead of picking up the phone and coordinating with you. I needed an appointment urgently and she dismissed my concerns and made me an appointment a month out. I asked for my records and she told me it would take At least 2 weeks. I work in the medical field and its a 2 minute process max to send records. Edit: My primary sent you information as to why I wasnt going to receive care a few months. Also I have a new referral for a different issue which is urgent. Giving an appointment a month out for an emergency is unacceptable. Also withholding my records for weeks which I need in order to transfer to a new doctor is ridiculous and should be against the law.

Dr Nasserzare is a great doctor, he cares for his patients. The staff is also great and friendly. I have been coming for about 10 years. I give the doctor a 10/10. I would totally recommend him.

I am disgusted with this doctor, Dr. Nasserzare. I called him several times after a close relative accidentally overdosed on a drug he prescribed. She was non-responsive, and had to be rushed to the hospital. I called him several times to get information about the medicine, and his overall treatment of her -since I am her proxy who was speaking to the ER doctors. HE NEVER RETURNED MY CALLS. Nor, did he personally call the hospital to check on her condition, according to my contacts with the ER staff . The only time he seemed interested in checking on her was when she could physically come to his office, where he could bill for the visit. When I confronted him about not calling, he arrogantly responded "she had a doctor already"! I said wow....

i have been seen by Naserzzare for more than 5 years and i went from a hopeless situation to a controlled one very quickly. He gives time to his patients, he listens and explains everything in detail. i couldn't ask for a better doctor. He is simply excellent and his assistants are great too.

The last time you were seen at our office was in October 2023 and you voluntarily cancelled your monthly follow up appointment online without calling the office to reschedule to a different date and time. Our commitment is to prioritize the health and well-being of all our patients. When scheduling appointments, we aim to ensure fair access to our services for everyone. Therefore, the availability of immediate appointments is subject to various factors, including medical necessity, urgency, being compliant, and adherence to recommended guidelines. Requesting an immediate appointment, especially after a prolonged absence (after 4 months) and non-compliance, does not constitute for an immediate availability. We mentioned to you that we are fully booked until the available date that we gave to you but you declined to take it.
