    The worst company money cant buy. This company from day one has been inept, disorganized and insensitive to our senior citizens. Lake view continues to have an accounting program that has there accountant in an invisible universe of send an email tge accountant will call you. What? Using computer technology and processing is great. But when the system continues to not prosper payments on time and not support geriatric customers this company is a disaster. If you have lake view please review there processes, you will find there are more thumbs down. Than thumbs up. Time to change lake view to a professional company for today, tomorrow, and the future. V/ R

    They mismanaged the funds of the community even do you pay your monthly association fee with proof of payments theres always a missing payment and the book keeping is a nightmare!!

Thank you Christopher. It's great to get a nice review as we get blamed for all kinds of things that are out of our control (insurance increases are the current problem). But we have great Board members and most of our residents are wonderful - unfortunately we mostly hear from the unhappy folks!! Thank you again - we appreciate it!!

David - you came to a few meetings when we first started with your community about 18 months ago. You came to be sure that your roof issues were taken care of; we got your building re-roof as soon as we could. So now that you no longer have to deal with a leak, other buildings need to also be repaired, and those costs need to come from somewhere.We work with the Board and the Association's legal counsel to explore all the available options while keeping in mind the fiduciary responsibilities of the Board.The Board has the choice of a Special Assessment of over $32K per unit (a very tough amount to come up with especially for anyone on a fixed income), taking out a loan in order to make the repairs and spreading the payment over multiple years, or doing nothing, allowing the buildings to fall into further disrepair. While none of the options are great, if some of our clients cannot afford to stay, at least if repairs are made, they will get higher prices when selling their unit. Option 2, taking out the loan, gives the community the best option to maintain higher property values with the least financial hardship. No, it's not perfect, but the ownership will decide if that is the way to go.This is a condominium, so the statute requires care be taken for each unit, the structure be maintained for each unit, and the costs spread in keeping with the documents. The Board cannot stop maintaining the community once your unit is taken care of - all the units need to be in the best condition possible. Please know payments are processed through the software as received. There was a scanner issue in October of which you were made aware, but your payment was credited as soon as that was resolved. The software does have a lag between receiving and posting, but the posting date reflects the date processed, not the gap. Additionally, the memo line on some of your checks reflected the wrong account number. This was not our error, but we worked with you to correct it.Hopefully this covers your issues. Your community continues to improve and all the owners are the better for it.

Pedro - you are a Board Member of the community and should be aware that what you are saying is inaccurate. Your attorney has confirmed our accounting is correct, and the one person that complained previously confirmed, in a writing that included you, that he was in error and apologized for his email saying otherwise.
