Ardent Residential

I am a board member of a condominium in the Coral Gables area and Ardent has been our management company for approximately three months. Transitioning to a new property management company is a significant undertaking. Although it is early in the game, and I am only speaking for myself, my sense is that once their standard operational procedures have been fully adopted by the community, we will be operating more efficiently and effectively than before. For me, the face of the Ardent organization is the Manager, Jimmy. I find him to be consistently professional in all his dealings, and believe he has all the necessary qualities that will enable him to provide supportive leadership to our community. Thus, the 5 stars so far.

I have personally seen how the management takes care of requests and how much they care. Im extremely impressed with their knowledge. Theres always a feeling of relief after talking to them.
