Absolutely the worst Just as an example, this company gave orders to destroy, and they did, a 40 year old palm tree planted by a father and daughter because of the leaves falling that were disturbing the HOA president. They are a fraudulent company, and do nothing in the interest of the residents. Worst ever!!

The worse Management I ever experienced in my 76 years of life here in Miami Beach Condo I own with family. Just to keep it short, I would stay away from them. They have put us through hell and I hope to find a good Attorney to stop the torture they put us through and the BOD.

Ann Thompson, Antoinette Turner, Rose Caughran, Dan Woodruff ( corporate SFCM I Miami), Sev are absolutely no good. They lie, take your money and say that you are beneath them. If you like to be lied to, stolen from and said that you misunderstood, this is your kind of people. If you want roaches, rats, bed bugs from another unit, these are your people. They take and they take. They do not care at all. Worthless, greedy, uncaring!! 1=great, 10 = poor...... Poor quality-- 10, poor value--10 ,not professional,--10, not responsive,-- 10. It's sad we live in a world with scum like this. They absolutely do not care because they feel like you are a pee-on. They need to be held responsible to their lack of action, care and severe negligence. Stay away from any property any of these people are involved with.
