Awful Management company, they never respond to the emails for simple things like ordering an estoppel of an Affidavit of Sufficient Fundings. They do not answer any phone calls, I've been leaving voicemails for over 1 month and no one ever calls back. They have an emergency phone of Marilyn Llanes and she never responds either. A total disaster. I selected the option 9, and she started screaming asking me not to call her cell phone, they should eliminate that option if she is not willing to receive any calls. I've been trying to get a hold of someone for over 1 month.

WORST MANAGEMENT COMPANY!! It's UNBELIEVABLE how inefficient these people are! Is there someone who regulates these types of companies? Is there a way to escalate this and get these people to do the job they are being paid to do? Be aware to buy or rent under this management, simply just garbage...

Terrible company. The worst of the worse. The treatment of condo owners is disrespectful. They don't answer phone or messages. They don't let those who arrive pass. The board of directors of our condo had to cancel their contract due to mismanagement, unprofessionalism and negligence in the performance of their duties. They do not give information to the owners or consider their opinions. Everything is as they want and they hide behind the Board. They hire police officers for the supposed order of the few meetings with the owners, but it is to try to silence the owners who want to complain to them. They send letters to the owners threatening to sue them for defamation. Marilyn behaves as if she were the owner of the entire condominium and not like an employee who is paid among all the owners for her work. A real disaster. I do not recommend this company, if you can call it that. They are unable to keep track of all their functions. It seems like they don't even have staff to work with. I don't know where they get those reviews from, 5-star opinions. If they are real, they will realize their mistake.

Marilyn Llanes and her team do not respond to the requests of the condominium owners, neither by email nor by certified mail, they treat people when they go to their facilities as if they were criminals, they do not provide adequate follow-up to the projects and contracts they carry out. They do not have customer service during their office hours, nor do they answer calls, they are abusive and arbitrary, abusive and obstructive, my recommendation is "0000", it is a shame that there is no option not to give stars because they do not deserve any.
