        This class had a very positive impact on my pregnancy! It is not like other prenatal yoga classes in the area. The exercises allow you to stay in shape and support a healthy pregnancy. Highly recommended!

        Body Belly Baby is fantastic! My husband and I have taken four classes here so far and have found them to be extremely valuable. For expecting parents, I suggest the Pregnancy Bundle which includes a Lamaze Childbirth Class, Baby 101 Newborn Care Class, and Infant CPR. Each class contains written materials that are helpful to refer to after. They also include practical hands-on training where you can test skills and get feedback from the instructor on what to improve. The classes are small group and intimate so you get the chance to ask questions. The environment is better than a hospital setting because the instructor is very patient and the number of participants is limited so you get individualized feedback. The instructor also shared tips and pain points based on many years of experience and teaching lots of students, this makes the recommendations actionable and concrete. These courses put a focus on what expecting parents need to know to be prepared and thrive. You will feel knowledgeable and confident after them.

        I had no idea what to expect from my first pregnancy and I felt really discouraged I couldnt go to my regular workout classes. But then I found Valerie and she changed me pregnancy journey. Her classes are challenging and really target all the areas needed to strengthen you for pregnancy and post partum plus you get to bond with other pregnant ladies so its pretty amazing. I delivered 3 days ago and am already feeling pretty good after the emergency c section. I recommend her classes, def get a package, you wont regret it! Ill be seeing her for baby and me classes very soon!

        Valerie was absolutely amazing! She led each couple through the physical stretches and activities to ensure everyone was doing everything properly. She provided printed documents that were extremely helpful and was incredibly knowledgeable. I highly recommend this class to all couples!
