Margie and all of the employees there are so kind. I went in this morning with an involved question and they couldnt have been more helpful!!! So grateful to the staff at this USPS! Thank you!

Staff and a customer engaged in conversation, singing and criticizing the US government for collecting taxes. When I complained the two ladies starting to be offensive and told me to go back to my country. I just happened to be mailing my taxes. Called for the Supervisor, who immediately told me I was not going to be served in that office. What a customer experience

In this place, they scheduled me for a 10:30 am appointment, but the designated person was not present. Boldly, they informed me that I should wait as the person was likely on their break. It's astonishing that such a situation occurs in the United States, making it seem like a service from an underdeveloped country. Besides revealing inefficiency and a lack of professionalism, it's remarkable that a governmental office like the POST-OFFICE allows the hiring of personnel incapable of providing the services they are tasked with. They don't deserve even one star; it's the worst service we have ever received.

I cant believe the lack of customer service in this place. I had the employee shout at me when asking if they could put some extra tape on. They had a roll right next to them. She then proceeded to say I had assaulted her and she was going to call the police. I thought is she crazy !!! Another woman came over and I thought she was going to take over but she said I had to leave. I asked to speak to a manger to which they would not allow and the other woman was still in the background screaming swearing at me and threatening to call the police again and again. I told her again and again call them if you need to but obviously she knew she had nothing to call them about. This must be Elisbets go to scene she threatens to call the police on customers when shes having a bad day.
