        Bad attention. The lady who serves is very rude, they lost a package and the only thing she said is, come another day because the supervisor is not there, you try to speak with reason and the only thing she tells you is, next customer and leaves you talking alone. The worst thing is that there are many complaints and since it has been going on for years, the postal service does not pay attention to customer complaints.

        Aventura Postal office is the only postal place where the staff have their noses higher than Florida plastic surgeons. They open and close whenever they want. Increasing traffic and work to nearby postal office. Aventura just sit back and collect the money and dont care for the city of Aventura.

        The sign on the has hours of operation 10am to 5pm. Right now 10:12am the door is locked and the lights are off.
