The lack of professionalism and the bad treatment in this place is incredible. I went today looking for a package and they didn't even look at my cell phone to check if my package was ready to take it to me. They ignored me because I don't speak English and they started singing. and dance in mockery, the lack of respect that those people with whom we do not speak English and are of Latin origin have is outrageous, I had to leave without my package since they completely ignored me, I asked for a manager and they simply told me They said it wasn't there, I don't know how they're going to do it but I want my package since it cost me my money and I'm not going there to get anything but to pick up something that belongs to me and I paid for, I need them to solve my problem because I'm going to escalate all the necessary levels for them to give me an answer and deliver my package, this is the second time the same thing has happened to me, the first I spoke with the manager and now again they treat me with despotism, if they do not know how to deal with an audience of Latin origin Well, simply don't let them work there, there should also be someone who speaks Spanish to resolve situations like these

My packages never arrive, they put me on hold for pickup at 33126 and when it arrived they never even look at the tracking number they tell me to wait at your house and days go by and sometimes they get lost and I have to request a refund from the sellers, they make fun of my English that I know it's not the best and racism is felt, they speak very fast and use idiomatic phrases to make it difficult for me to understand what they are talking about, yesterday I made a complaint and today a USPS worker called me and he almost yelled at me on the phone because I didn't understand a question he was asking me... I would like to disappear when I have to deal with postal workers. I make this opinion almost a year later and the truth is that I still have the same problems, a package never arrives on time, they always arrive late or are lost! Does anyone plan to do something about this post office? Or the solution is to move! What is this country becoming? I see the need to edit this opinion: I had to receive a refund check for $2,500 from the IRS, I waited and when I claimed they told me that the check had been sent and cashed! Once again checks are lost at this post office and they are even cashed, the question is: does anyone plan to do something with the administration and workers of this post office?

Terrible place I always lose my packages, they say they have been delivered and they never arrive when you come and ask, they don't know anything. They serve customers very poorly. I wish I could change my zip code. I wouldn't want to come to this place anymore. They are racist towards Latinos.

This postal office needs improvement. I understand it gets busy but no one needs the attitude they give people here.
