Two police cars were blocking the left lane on a busy street. I pulled around them. This pissed off the policemen and they got on their bullhorns and started yelling at me to get out of their way and using the f-word and other obcsene words. I could not believe how unprofessional. If these were pricate sectir employees they'd be fired in a second. Basically thugs with badges. The cops were latino and Ive noticed a lot of racism here in Miami directed at whites and blacks by latinos.

Called Miami Dade about a dog that incessantly barks all day an night. They came out to investigate and sure enough, they heard the dog. They asked the owner to kindly quiet the dog down. Scumbag owner didn't do anything. Called the police again a week later. Never bothered to even make a report. Like all things in Miami - third world.
