        Fantastic Services!! Fast and Professional. Had an emergency with a flood in my kitchen. Called the office explained my issue and customer service representative was very understanding and took care of me promptly was able to get service asap. From moment the rep got to my house i was very impressed, he even put boot covers before he walked into the house took care of the problem seamless cleaned up after job was done. Thank You Bay Plumbing you have earned a New customer!!

        Worst Ever. They charged my Mom (in her 90's) $150 to come out and look at a leak issue. They didn't mention that they were going to charge $150 for the estimate when she called to make the appointment.  They surprised her with that large bill after they arrived and had a look. They were on-site for about 20 minutes. This is very slimy and unethical -- not to mention elder abuse.Steer clear of this company.
