      On 2-27-2019, Lourdes Rodriguez underwent the correction of a necklift surgery. that was performed somewhere else. She had no complications with that surgery and she must have been pleased enough to book an abdominoplasty with us afterwards. That surgery was performed at the hospital, on 9-23-2019, because of her age, hypertension, and smoking condition. She had no complications with the surgery, but she developed an opening of the wound, that was treated by us without charge. On 11-19-2019, the wound was surgically closed with local anesthesia, without any charge to the patient. Ten days later, the wound was healed, and after the stitches were removed, the patient was discharged to be seen as needed. Obviously she must have been pleased with one surgery to book another surgery. It's very hard to understand, four years later, on a Sunday morning, the patient writes a negative review, especially after going the extra mile for this patient.
