Good afternoon Mr Levi. You called my business twice today at 5:12 and 5:14pm concerning purchase of a pallet of sod. When I quoted you a price of $220 plus $10 deposit for the wooden pallet, you stated that you purchased three pallets of grass from a company on Stirling Road for $200 and that was all you had to pay. You then hung up and called a second time and stated you had $210 to pay for a pallet of sod. I again stated that the total cost would be a total of $230 with you receiving your deposit back when you returned the pallet. I also stated that if you have a sod pallet which is 4 by 4, that we could accept it and not charge you a deposit. You then stated you had a pallet but you were not sure if the pallet was a sod pallet. You finished your statement by saying you only had a credit card which we don’t accept because of so much fraud in our industry. Your situation is one in which you are frantically attempting to finish your project and because you were unable to convince me to reduce my price, you chose to give me a two star rating. Because of your childish behavior I can only pray for you and wish you a GOOD DAY!

When your delivery was made, you stated that you wanted your delivery placed on the left side by the fence. This is where your delivery was placed. You later called back and stated that your material was placed in the wrong area and that you needed it near the gate on the left side of the property. If you would have stated that you wanted your material NEAR THE LEFT GATE, that was accessible and it would have been placed there. I would recommend when you want placement of delivered materials, to state CLEARLY AND EXACTLY where you want it placed. Also, you could place an identifiable object on the exact spot you would like your materials placed.
