Hey fellow truckers stay away from this place uses cheap brokers and they're trash customers. They had no problem accepting the load early but then used that as an excuse to not pay up extra for us having to unload. Something they fail to tell you when you book a load going to this place is that you have to wait for another company to come and do the unloading. We requested $50 they approve $25 extra for the unloading and just because we dared to ask for the 25$ more they TOOK BACK THE $25 EXTRA AFTER APPROVING. Straight trash business.this load delivered from Kissimmee to here paid $650 & NOT WORTH IT. $650 pays to better areas of miami. This place is way out west, away from everything. Making the dead head to anywhere far automatic. They really went back on something approved just because we asked for a more fair pay. They had no problem accepting the load early. Hate when these places screw over small business owners owner operators because they want to save/make a dollar. If you're an owner operator you know very well what I'm talking about. Never returning to thus cheap place with bad business ethics. I bet their all fake customer service friendly to the customers so they can make money. They're trash on the side of where they have to pay up. They have an innocent don't care attitude towards screwing over truckers because we're seen easily replaceable, no respect.
