I have never been treated worse in a retail store before. I went in and seeing that there was a wait to order, I decided to go to the bathroom and when I got to the door it was closed I asked and they told me that it was busy so I stayed waiting and then an idiot arrived and in a very rude manner told me to move because he was getting in the way, I did it so as not to argue but then he came to me again and ordered me to sit down, I told him politely that I don't take orders and the guy became like an uncontrolled animal and with foul language ordered me to leave, get out, get out , so with those same words he shouted at me in a threatening tone, regurgitating that the place belonged to him, that he was the owner and that he could do whatever he wanted. speaking with a level of subhuman rudeness, horrible that one has to go through that. I went there because it had good pizzas and I liked it but after this I don't recommend it at all. the worst of the worse. Arrogance and rudeness should not go hand in hand with attention to the public, those types of people who treat badly the very public that supports them do not deserve for people to buy from them. Being an owner does not give you the right to mistreat. If you plan to go, DON'T GO, YOU WILL EXPOSE YOURSELF TO MISTREATMENT. There are dozens of Cuban-style pizzerias throughout Miami and many with better quality and without being exposed to mistreatment.
