Pilates One is awesome! Their staff and instructors are kind, helpful, truly experts in Pilates and fitness, in general. Three years later, I'm still excited & challenged. Give them a try....you won't regret it!!

Pilatesone is by far the best studio in Miami! I first started going there a few years ago and it changed my life physically, emotionally and spiritually! It has the most knowledgeable teachers and the best classes!

I have been attending Pilates One for many years and plan on continuing to do so. Janine and her staff are all wonderful! I have many Pilates studios closer to me but I would not think of attending any other studio. Pilates One is the best!!!

I have been a client for over 15 years and have followed Jeannine and her group of amazing instructors from studio to studio. There is no better pilates anywhere in Miami. The variation in classes offered, scheduling, INSTRUCTOR KNOWLEDGE (which is key) and personal care is unmatched. I take both private sessions and group sessions and even in group the one on one attention is amazing. I find this to be a holistic mind and body experience where the focus is not only on outward health and fitness but also on inner peace. It is a full body mind and spiritual experience. Finally, I have some back issues and Jeannine was able to teach me adaptations and exercises that have alleviated my pain dramatically. Five stars here without a doubt!

My happy place! Not only is this a local, woman-owned business, this is the only Pilates Studio that feeds not just my body, but my mind and soul. The music, the plants the vibe its all pure peace and sexy booty-making magic!
