ASR Sports Medicine Brickell

I met Dr Evan Motlong at a local gym and told him about shoulder pain/upper pec tightness that had been bothering me. He had me come over to ASR for an evaluation where he identified my problem areas and provided a treatment plan with cupping, dry needling, scrapping, strengthening and at home exercises. Within a few sessions I started to notice considerable improvement on the shoulder and other areas of tension. Hes done an amazing job and Im happy with the results Im getting and how it has translated to improved workouts in the gym, posture, and more. I highly recommend him. I visited Dr. Evan Motlong to help get rid of my recurring stiff necks & dizziness which were a result of poor posture and neck injuries over the years. In only a few sessions I felt a major difference, and with his treatment as well as my at-home exercises I have not had any stiff necks or dizziness since. We were also able to address other areas of tension that I have from my sport, and with dry needling and different exercises I am feeling back to 100% again. I had been to half a dozen doctors and chiropractors previously and none were able to help like this. Thank you, Dr. Evan!!

I have had calf and foot pain for many years whenever I run or play sports and Dr. Eric Alexander has already helped so much! Weve done a combination of scraping/stretching, dry needling and strengthening exercises. Hes also helped with random back and leg pain as its come up. Extremely helpful, attentive and knowledgeable and I highly recommend. Hes extremely invested in each of his clients and truly cares about each individuals progress and success. I cant say enough positive things but definitely my go to physical therapy / sports medicine place!

Dr. A does it again. I came here several years ago for an old knee injury and had a great experience. I decided to see Dr. Alexander again after my most recent delivery for some post partum sciatica. He addressed all of my concerns and developed a tailored treatment plan. I particularly liked that he sent me my plan via notes so I could easily access it from anywhere. Its now been 4 weeks and Im completely pain free and able to pick up both kids with no problem!
