Pure Physical Therapy

In my 3rd trimester of pregnancy, I experienced lower back and hip pain that made walking difficult. Austins targeted stretches alleviated my pain and helped me remain physically active until the end of pregnancy.

I worked with Austin for 2 months while in Miami - I needed physical therapy for a healing elbow dislocation. He was able to help me gain over 15 degrees back in flexibility, really help me understand what was going on with my injury, gave me exercises to support it and help me gain some strength back in my left arm. I'm beyond grateful for all his coaching, advice and honesty with my progress. Highly recommend!!

A torn meniscus had me heading for orthoscopic surgery until I met Austin. Hes overseeing my therapy and the knee is rehabilitating well without the need for the surgery.

I came to see Austin on the recommendation of my trainer. My wrists and ankles were giving me a lot of problems. Within 15 minutes, Austin was identifying the problems and providing me with stretches and exercises that helped me regain range of motion, flexibility, and strength. I am back to working out without any pain. Bonus: he is very easy to get a hold of and was very accommodating with my schedule. I highly recommend him and Pure Physical Therapy.

Wonderful experience! Austin takes his time to really learn what is going on with your body and tailors the physical therapy to target not only the problem areas, but the surrounding areas as well so that you can adequately strengthen the supporting muscles. Great physical therapist; would absolutely recomment!
