As a physique athlete an avid weight lifter. My body is my temple. That is why I went to PhysioLogix for physical therapy on my chronic hamstring strain. After three appointments my doctor taught me so much about my condition, new exercises and how to manage the pain! Im now able to continue my heavy weight lifting with hamstring curls glute bridges and lunges with no pain! Dry needling was amazing and I recommend PhysioLogix to anyone who is a bodybuilder an interested in getting treatment!

When it comes to physical therapy, Rob is the Jordan of the 1995 Bulls. His command of the subject matter is profound and deep. Yet, he communicates it in an easy to understand and friendly way. He also goes above and beyond to make sure you feel better. He really helped me with my plantar fasciitis and rotator cuff pain. Its clear his goal is to help his clients and is passionate about what he does.

Dr Rob, is the best physical therapist. I recommend him 100%. After many months of shoulder pain due to a calcification and was going to different physical therapist with no solution until I was recommended to Dr. Rob. Once we started treatment his technique was so perfect that the pain started to go away 3 weeks later after therapy my pain was completely gone. He used weights, dry needleling, massage to the spefici points in my shoulder. Dr Rob really knows what he is doing and i trusted the process. Today no pain. Best Therapist in Miami!!

Dr. Rob Poliszuk is hands down the best Physical Therapists I've been to in years. He is very knowledgeable and pays attention to your body and what your complaints are about the pain you're experiencing. I've always been very active and I came to see him due to lower back and hip pain that was affecting my ability to train. My condition has improved tremendously with my pain level much lower than when I first started seeing him. He gives you home exercises that you must do in order to see progress with your condition. The best part is that he is a 1-to-1 PT and will give you total attention for the entire session. After trying a few other physical therapists, I have found the one I will stick with because he is simply the best. I'm looking forward to a stronger lower back and posterior chain with all of the knowledge I've gained with Dr. Poliszuk.

Dr. Rob is very knowledgeable and great at what he does. I have a lower back injury that I got over 2 years ago while deadlifting and ever since then Ive experienced pain in my lower back. With his therapy and exercises the discomfort has decreased significantly and I can now perform movements that involve my lower back with more confidence and much less pain. You should definitely see him if you suffer from a chronic pain or injury!
