Extremely rude pharmacist and staff. Bad attitudes from all employees and extremely unprofessional. One time I went to pick up meds at approx. 8:30pm and there was no one behind the pharmacy counter. I called the stores customer service to make sure it was open, not only was the person I spoke to extremely rude in yelling me and telling me “there is no way there is no one there. There HAS to be someone there” but also once the pharmacist decided to show up, she told me “what, I can’t go to the bathroom!?” Maybe next time you should put up a sign so customers like myself know you’ll be back shortly. So fed up with this location.

(Translated by Google) Misleading information, theres are signs everywhere in the store saying "FREE FLU SHOT." Once you get there, you are asked for health insurance or you have to pay $ 65.00. Therefore, the store signs give false information. Don't say free vaccine, the health insurance company will pay for it or clients will pay out of pocket. Misleading information, there are signs everywhere in the store that say "FREE FLU SHOT". Once you get to the pharmacy they ask you for a medical insurance card or you have to pay $ 65.00. Por lo tanto, los letreros de las tiendas dan información falsa. No diga gratis, la compañía de seguros médicos lo pagará o los clientes pagarán de su bolsillo.

(Translated by Google) I have not even used this pharmacy, what happened to me was that my baby was given a medicine by his Pediatrician in Walgreen, but when he got there the man told me that the insurance that my baby has now does not work with them, he recommended go here to Publix because if it worked with them, it was only to call them and they transferred the medicine to me, I arrived at the counter and the girl who was there hardly even attended me, I asked another girl who did not even deign to look, she told me that I would call the insurance and they would tell me, I felt super bad because how is it possible that this happens in the United States, well there from my car in the parking lot I called by phone (I didn't even have to go) to CVS that is in front and The treatment they gave me was incredible, I gave them the insurance details and in less than 5 minutes everything was resolved, they took care of everything, I do not recommend this pharmacy (Original) No he llegado ni a usar esta farmacia, lo que me sucedió fue que a mi bebé le puso un medicamento su Pediatra en Walgreen, pero al llegar allí me comentó el señor que el seguro que tiene mi bebé ahora no funciona con ellos, me recomendó ir aquí a Publix pues si con ellos llegaba funcionar, solo era llamarlos y me transferían el medicamento, llegue al mostrador y la muchacha que estaba allí casi ni me atendió, le pregunto a otra chica la cual ni se digno a mirar, me dijo que llamara al seguro y ellos me dirían, me sentí súper mal porque como es posible que suceda esto en Estados Unidos, en fin ahí desde mi auto en el parqueo llame por telefono(ni tan siquiera tuve que ir) a CVS que está al frente y fue increíble el trato que me dieron, les di los datos del seguro y en menos de 5 minutos todo resuelto, se encargaron de todo, no recomiendo esta farmacia
